The use of Mental health tags on reports that I made.
When I attended a "voluntary" police interview, there was no mention of me having any mental health problems.
Whilst there, I handed in 2 bundles of paperwork that went missing.
I can be heard handing the documents to the officer with a solicitor present in this extract from that interview.

I have been phoned on two occasions by someone saying they were a triage nurse working with Dyfed-Powys police.
She told me that she was part of a mental health team.
Although I have asked why I was called, the police have not given any reason for the two phone calls from their mental health team.
