Why does he/she feel the need to use my name, find an old picture of me and create an email address and a YouTube account using my name?
The writer appears to be hiding behind a fake identity, almost as if they were wearing a mask.
The writer has made several slips.
Sometimes they write from the stance of trying to discredit me, but other times they write as if they were me.
At no point do they offer any proof of what they have stated.
’’We are not negating that there was a drug ring operating out of College Street, that is a fact.’’
’’Alan shows you the evidence and the conviction of the gang leaders.’’
I have never said that there was a drug ring operating out of College Street.
I did report on the fact that Trang Thanh Tran
was the leasehold owner of Sophia Nails at the time the noises were recorded, and she was convicted
in the drug seizure named Violet Panama.
If the drug ring were known to have been run from those premises, I would have expected
her to have received
a much higher sentence.
In all the news reports, not one has mentioned that there was a drug ring operating out of College Street.
’’We are not denying that there could have been an adult service on offer in College Street
or in a location that sound may have traveled through underground pipe work or air vents or drainage systems.’’
’’Totally possible that some kind of BDSM going on between consenting adults.’’
The writer seems to accept that the noises do exist but fails to explain the noises.
The writer’s choice of words is interesting,
’we are not denying’
’could have been’
’totally possible’
’’If there was an element of human trafficking, then why not look first to the
Vietnamese gang in residence?’’
’’Drugs nail bar, takeaway, car hand wash all very typical of these gangs.’’
’’So why is Alan not harassing them for their side of the story?’’
’’Makes far more sense surely?’’
I have reported on the noises that were recorded and replied to any comments
that have been made about them when I am aware of them.
Our investigation is not about harassing anyone, it’s about proving or disproving points.
’’But no!’’
’’He chooses to hound the owners of the shop, the owners that he had long-standing legal issues with.’’
’’The people who he had not recovered his significant financial losses from.’’
’’The owners who wouldn't sell the property underneath his flat to?’’
’’The owners who didn’t address his complaints of ’’strange chemical smells’’ to his satisfaction.’’
This is similar to the vendetta theory of Simon Griffiths and Gareth Edwards.
The ’’significant losses point’’
has also been covered, my ’losses’ were recovered in the full amount I claimed.
’’Let’s see if he allows this into the public arena for speculation and for others to make their own minds up.’’
’’Mr Tait has waged a 5-year hate and smear campaign against the innocent people of Ammanford.’’
The writer’s comment is untrue, all I have done is report on what happened in Ammanford.
The only reason that I have named certain people is because of their actions.
By naming them and reporting on what they have said or stated, both sides of the story are presented.
’’I have absolutely no evidence that any of the three people that I mention have any involvement in this case.’’
’’It is all total speculation on my part.’’
I have never said that anyone has any involvement in anything.
It is not for me to accuse anyone of anything, after all,
I have yet to discover the cause of those noises.
All that I know
is that horrific noises were recorded by myself and others.
I do not understand how anyone could hear those horrific noises and then try
to mislead people from the truth.
I also wonder how anybody that has listened to the noises could
possibly have no empathy or concern.
’’I do have my own personal reasons for wanting to wreck their lives though, as I was not granted
building regulations for the fire damaged property I purchased over a decade ago.’’
The planning appication that I made was initially refused, but was granted after
Nor does the writer make any sense, if I had not received permission for the property,
why would I want to wreck their lives?
’’I also did not get the full amount I tried to con them out of for the repairs to the flat roof,
as my evidence was rejected on the day of the case.’’
’’I also tried to purchase the nail bar below the flat I had purchased but they refused to sell to me.’’
The writer is partially correct, what the judge said was something along the lines of,
If the case had been presented as it stood today it would have failed.
